Does pulling out facial hair make two more grow back in its place?

I've heard that and was wondering if its true.Does pulling out facial hair make two more grow back in its place?

No. But they won't grow back if u get the whole folicle, which is rare and feels amazing to me, but most people say it hurts. If there's just a little ball at the end of the hair afer u pluck it, that's just the follicular tag and it still will grow back. But if there is a clearish tube that is about 3x bigger than the folicular tag, then that's the whole follicle.








I'm a girl and I only pluck my eyebrows and widdows peak (curse to all those who have it!) but it's all pretty much the same on the face except for the thickness.
Not true. Hair follicles sometimes will produce two hairs or there may be two side by side, but pulling out hair has no impact
I dont believe so, but shaving definately does.
