Will i need to get a Permit or Certification on Doing a Facial Services at Home?

It's Just a small Business anyway and i Just wanted to do something or a thing that i wanted to do... for a small cost of course... so im wondering do i have to get a permit on this... Or just Put a banner outside the house that says'; Facial Services Accepted here';... it will cost 2.70261 U.S dollar in U.S currency! will that do? im a single mom who wants to make just a small living... What! what kind of facials? How much is $2.70261 were you live cuz that looks like alot in US dlls. How about $10 to $15 for your American customers, and dont put ';Facial Services Accepted Here'; that doesnt sound right....um try..';Aloe Vera masks for $10'; and ';Half off for new customers';. Some thing like that would pull me in....Good luck!
